Cost
The fees paid directly to CALLERLAB will cover the convention package: convention badges, convention program, handouts, and six meals, beginning with the noon meal on Monday (two lunches, two breakfasts, and two dinners) and four beverage breaks. If you are NOT staying in the convention hotel OR if you are not registered at the convention hotel through the CALLERLAB room block, you will be assessed a fee of $50.00 as your share of the cost of the meeting room space we use.
Meeting rooms are usually provided by the hotel in exchange for a given number of hotel room nights and meal functions. Callers not registered through the CALLERLAB room block do not generate any hotel room nights and therefore do not contribute toward the cost of the meeting space used. (You MUST pay the convention room rate and ensure the hotel knows you are attending the CALLERLAB convention to avoid the surcharge [$TBD].)
2011 convention fees for callers staying a minimum of two (2) nights in the Riviera Hotel/Casino (pay in full before TBD, 2011 to avoid a late fee [$TBD].)
2011 convention fees for callers not staying a minimum of 2 nights in the convention hotel OR not registered through the CALLERLAB room block:

Convention Fee Payment
Full payment or a deposit of $100.00 per person, payable to CALLERLAB (U.S. funds, please) is due with the return of the convention registration card. You may pay by check, money order, or charge to your Visa or MasterCard. Please do not send cash.
If you choose to send a deposit instead of the full payment, the balance due must be paid by TBD, 2011 to avoid the late payment fee of $TBD per person. A reminder will be mailed in February.
Sorry, we cannot accept partial registrations. You must register for the entire convention. If you believe an exception is warranted in your case, please contact the Home Office. All registrants will receive acknowledgement of receipt of payment, a hotel reservation card, and a local information brochure containing a map of the area (to help you find the hotel), and information about airport transportation.
Refunds/Cancellations
A refund of the full amount paid will be made for cancellations received prior to TBD, 2011. Cancellations after TBD, 2011 and prior to TBD, 2011 will incur a $TBD per person cancellation charge. Cancellations on or after TBD, 2011 and any "no shows" will forfeit their $100.00 deposit and will be billed an additional $TBD per person. This is necessary because meal counts must be given to the hotel prior to the meal functions. Once the meal counts are given, we must pay for the meals even though they aren't eaten. If you are registered and find that you will be unable to attend, please notify the CALLERLAB Home Office in writing, as soon as possible, to minimize the cancellation fee. If you notify us by phone, we will still need your cancellation in writing before a refund can be processed.
